Yes there are Superheroes in our midst, and this morning the call went out to everyone watching Breakfast Television to nominate their favourite superheroe- person or animal to receive a Heroes Award from the Pet Therapy Society of Northern Alberta.
With all the chaos in this world, rising food and gas prices, it's nice to take some time out and recognize all the good in the world, and the annual Heroes Dinner is the place to do it!
Hosted by Superhero Malcolm Azania, the evening of October 18, 2008 should prove to be a spectacular event complete with a full dinner and silent auction, capped off with unique Superheroes walking around to assist you.
Tickets go on sale soon, but for now we still need the public's help to find our winning heroes. So if you know of any individual or animal that warrants attention, please visit the Pet Therapy Society of Northern Alberta and enter your nomination!!
