Canadian Thanksgiving approaches, foodies are looking to elevate their entrees

The
Original Turducken is a fully deboned turkey (with bone-in wings and
drumsticks) stuffed with duck, chicken and a spiced sausage mix (spicy Italian
or chicken apple). New this year is a
smaller and totally boneless turducken roast. Both provide true gourmet flavour, as Mike
