ActionCOACH Canada Wins CFA Award Third Year in a Row

Edmonton, AB- On April 2, 2012 Greg Kopchuk and his team, ActionCOACH Canada, were awarded the 2012 CFA Franchisees’ Choice Designation for the third year in a row. This, along with their previous win of the CFA Bronze Award for Excellence as a new/emerging traditional franchise, brings their total to three awards, one every year in a row.

“We are very proud of our team and the efforts they made in helping small businesses across Canada this year. We are proud that business owners are now reaching out for our assistance when they need some advice or want to know how to make their business stand out from the rest. Franchise satisfaction is what keeps our business going and being recognized by the franchisees for our business planning and marketing, training and support and our great relationship with our clients is a real honour,” says Kopchuk, the ML for Canada.

The Franchisees’ Choice designees are CFA member franchise systems who voluntarily took part in an independently-administered survey. Their franchisees were asked to rate the franchisor in key areas of the franchise business model, including: the franchisee selection process; franchisee information package; leadership; business planning and marketing; training and support; ongoing operations; and the relationship between the franchisor and franchisee. In order to qualify for this designation, a minimum of 10% of a brand’s franchisees must participate. In many cases, franchisee responses were significantly higher. 

Greg Kopchuk is the Master Licensee ActionCOACH Canada. Since becoming a Master Licensee of the Canadian Franchise company in 2004, he has managed to take it from bankruptcy and turn it into a multi-million dollar successful national company.
